    Well well well... I'm adding myself to this list. Tracked the problem to CAM too. I use iCUE because the rest of my rig runs with Corsair but had to use NZXT because I hybrid cooled my GPU with a Kraken X53 and a X12... before that I never had an issue like that. I'm opening a ticket too. I am running W10 2004 too, but only since adding CAM everything became randomly unstable. Weirdly enough, it only happens with some programs like Ai and Fusion 360 for me. For the time being, I'm stoping CAM from running on start up and only turn it on for games... but this is absurd.
