windows 10 New PC - strange Windows freezes (probable cause: NZXT CAM)

ok, im not alone, same issue, NZXT CAM confirmed, tried all methods, check all the system events, nothing, all freeze come with CAM, by the way, the latest version on september will still freeze, just happened yesterday.
