Hold up I re-read this last line and it confused me a bit.
All the cables: Go into switch. Router: Either plug it directly into the switch, or plug it into one wall jacks that now leads to the switch.

You'd plug them all into a switch, then all the ports in the rooms they go to will be able to communicate with each other. Connect a router to that switch as well and connect it to the internet, then all the ports will have internet access as well.
Proper structured cabling practice would actually have all those connections into a patch panel and then go from the patch panel to a switch, but just going straight to the switch will still work fine.

Got it. So these will all need to be plugged into a switch. Switch then plugs into your router.

Honest to god. Buy a 10-12 port switch. Plug them all in. Plug the router into the switch too. Good to go.
