  1. Isn't that only for Tech Quickie though?
  2. Yea, I briefly played with one while I was at Best Buy and wasn't fond of the size and no-clicky feeling, and that's coming from someone who absolutly loves the new home "button", or lack-thereof. I don't know if I'd get used to that, I really hope Linus reviews it.
  3. Hi, I wasn't sure where to post this as I couldn't find a "video request" sub-forum. Please move this thread if it is in the incorrect section. I was wondering if you guys could do a Trackpads comparison video. I am in the market for a new laptop and a usable trackpad is one of the most important thing me as I don't want to have to use a mouse. I went to Best bBuy and bought 4 high end laptops from different brands to try and see if there was one I'd like but all of them had absolutly disgusting trackpads. My two biggest complaints were that clicks would linger leading to windows being resized or dragged around unintentionally, and overall precision of the cursor was abysmal. Clicks also wouldn't register half the time, forcing me to click again which was annoying. I'm sure I'm not the only one who use trackpads and would be interested in an in depth comparison of windows laptops trackpads. Also, I thought I heard Linus say he was reviewing the tMBP on the WAN show, am I mistaken? At first I was planning on getting the touchbar macbook pro, and even though I absolutly don't mind the "lack" of ports variety (for me, 4 TB3 ports beats almost any other configuration), the apparently terrible battery life (some are reporting 3-4 hours when I'm getting 10+ with my 3 years old MBP) is really throwing me off, that and the gimmicky touchbar. So I'd be very interested in a review from Linus of the tMBP, and hopefully a battery benchmark.
  4. The phone being waterproof and the dedicated camera button are my favorite features.
  5. The best thing about the G3 are the removable battery and buttons being on the back, I hate side buttons I missclick the lock button hundreds of time per day .

  7. Kind of feel like the oppo find 7 is still a better pick? I am amazed at the 64GB version being only $50 more, I hope this catches on. To be fair, we should already have 32/64GB as a base and 128GB as an option; I can't believe we still have 8/16GB phones.
  8. Boardwalk Empire, one of the best TV show ever created, still has a season left. This is great news, but I am just praying for the day I can get HBO Go without a cable subscription.
  9. Too bad it's designed around consoles, which will never work as a platform for FPS.
  10. My favorite thing about the M8 is its build quality. I don't understand why some manufacturers use plastic on high end phones... Kudo to HTC for not going the plastic way of Samsung. The SD- slot is a nice addition as well.
