msi gtx 970 100ME i know its working because thats what I'm using right now on my old build that i put back together

hey so i built a new system last week ryzen 3600 with a ASUS rog b450 f gaming mobo and corsair vengeance rgb pro 3200 and it just kept boot looping and had an orange light on mobo which means dram issue then when i take memory out of system and power on it stays no longer boot looping on but obviously no signal and same orange light i thought it was something to do with the bios so i bought a new CPU this time a 2600 and now it doesn't post but has a white light meaning VGA error instead of the orange one which was showing when i had the 3600 installed I'm not sure if its the motherboard or ram issue I'm so confused

how do i update by bios without a different cpu and i cant get into the bios even

hey so i just got done building a pc with a ryzen 5 3600 with a asus rog b450 f gaming motherboard and corsair vengence rgb pro ram and it turns on but has an orange light beside first ram slot and just keeps turning off and on again but the rgb workls on otherboard and ram and monitor is saying no signal. is there anything i can do to fix this thank you also i am using the same boot device that was in my last intel build maybe that has soemthing to do with it then it stays on with an orange light when there is NO ram installed im so confused so is the issue the ram or the cpu or both or the motherboard

Yeah it is like wish but much safer and can actually find good pc parts if you look hard and close enough,I jus dk if I should get it

Literally no one in my area uses consoles let alone pc gtx 970 100 ME basic case basic 600 w psu 8g of ddr3 ram sont have a cpu yet but might get a I3 4160 for 14$
