  1. I had the same problem with the two units i have have gotten. The first one i RMAed and then the second one i ended up adding a res to it which solved my problem. These pumps are almost impossible to prime with the stock configuration IMO, and with a res it was an instant difference in noise. Keep in mind, this is a whole new thing to the PC world so expect there to be kinks with the 1st gen.
  2. I say personal preference, chose what you like more and sell the other. A few degrees isn't going to kill you either way unless your trying to achieve some ridiculous overclock.
  3. Ya i had the same problem and i added a res to my loop and it really helped. That's what i would recommend if you can't RMA or refund it. Priming the pump for the H220 is horrible but once you get all the air bubbles out its really quiet. Even with a res i was having a problem with bubbles but after a while it got quieter and quieter. I think the main problem is that the whole built in res thing kind of sucks and doesn't do its job at all, that along with impossible priming makes for a loud H220.
  4. I really like Grid 2, also Grid 1 is on sale for like 3 bucks so that is a great buy. Had a ton of fun with Grid one when it came out. NFs Shift 2 is another good one, i just dont like any on the newer NFS anymore.
  5. After i went through Swiftech for my H220 all other CS is going to feel terrible to me. Its so nice when you only deal with one person who doesn't copy and paste answers and actually takes time to talk to you.
  6. I had a bad experience with my Onza Tournament Edition, went through about 8 of them in 6 months, they all got replaced but i just got sick of dealing with it so i gave it up. I gave them another shot and got a Naga and have ZERO complaints. There customer service to me isn't bad, if anything i would call it "average", by that i mean it feels like your talking to a robot and not a real person.
  7. I have a reference 7950 from sapphire and mine is 71, I've seen people with my card from 58% to 85%, I guess it's all luck of the draw. Usually higher the Percentage the better overclocker the card can be.
  8. That is my plan for my 7950 if the drivers turn out alright and if they do another NS so I don't have to get 2 of the same ones. I wonder how close the performance would be to a 7990 considering 7970-7950 are so similar in performance. It would be cool to have that kind of power for 500$ :)
  9. The Node 304 has no top vents and probably isnt going to get knocked over easily http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811352027&Tpk=node%20304&IsVirtualParent=1
  10. I wouldn't really bother, just throw some temporary fans on there if it is really bugging you, trust me Swiftech will take care of you very well.
  11. i used Velcro to hold mine in a while back.
  12. You dont have to RMA the whole unit, they will probably just you get you some new fans.
  13. About the fans, if they are actually broken just contact swiftech and you will probably get a replacement, they are the best company i have ever had to contact. I have had Sp120s in push and pull on my H220 and no difference in temps. Helix fan orientation should not matter on the rad.
  14. I took the cage out of my z11 and it is held in by 12 rivets you have to drill out. 4 on the bottom, 4 on the front, and four attaching to the 5 1/4 bays.
