    Solved: The culprit was a sneaky afterburner profile
     

     
     
    I've tried everything I can think of.
    Vsync on / off
    FPS_max 300
    Lowering all the settings and disable anything like AA
     
    switching from fullscreen windowed to fullscreen.
     
    Any CS:GO players have any more suggestions?
     
     
     
    Also for those who say you can't see more than 60fps my eye was sure able to see it felt wrong which prompted me to boot up afterburner and confirm so
