  1. My laptop's working at 10 celcius in my room. The temp is usually below 90 when playing 3A titles. But the cpu fans are crazy loud in game and a headphone is needed for sure.
  2. R7 3750H benchmark result ranks between the standard and the recommended specs but rather close to the latter one. And my 1660ti-maxq is surely capable. I did open MSI Afterburner aside when I was in game, it just showed the over all usage of my r7. Lower than 50% and frequency at 3.9ghz. Though I missed the single core clock, I'm sure that was not the problem. BTW I set all the options to the lowest and the performance in game didn't change a bit (maybe just 5 fps higher), still not playable as it is a first perspective game. There are some topics about GA502 in this forum, it is more likely that the intergrated gpu at 400mhz causes all of it.
  3. My laptop is ASUS GA502, which Linus once recommended in his video. I've run into the same situations in many games launched in recent years: low usage of gpu. And that's probably my ram fequency is stock at 2400 and the chipset dose not allow it higher. BUT, today in cyberpunk 2077, my gpu actually stayed at 99% of usage, while cpu at 30 -40% (in pubg, the opposite). In-game-fps is around 30-40 with 1080p all graphics settings high or ultra, with cpu 40% and gpu 98%. And the intresting stuff comes here: When I'm setting the graphics lower and change the resolution at 900p or 720p, the fps stays 30-40 with cpu 40% and gpu 60/70%. Seems my gpu doesn't want to work, and my cpu too. Anyway I'm not trying to fix this, I'm just posting it here. To all the suckers(including me) who bought a 3750h spec machine and even thought it was for gaming. Sorry for no screenshot here, cause I'm now refunding it.
  4. Download GPUINFO and check the VRAM usage when running tasks like you mentioned. And it also might be the driver's problem. Upgrade it to the latest version or just roll it back. Anyway, worth having a try.
  5. A good motherboard normally means high quality instead of good performance. Choosing a highly rated one within your budget is ok.
  6. If you're going for a budget upgrade, just choose a ryzen chip.
  7. You mean gta V? Your system can run it for sure.
  8. Just choose a 1650super or a lower spec one. An i3 9100f is not so capable for some latest games.
  9. Seems the i7 2600 is the bottom neck. And the ram clock is also important in games like pubg. So better check it if you can.
  10. RX 580 sure can reach 60 or higher fps in warzone at 1080p, just make sure the vram usage is under its limit.
  11. Probably the gpu usage is not getting full. Just check it on msi afterburner. Maybe it is the ram clock speed causing this problem.
  12. My laptop once got the cpu fan at 2700RPM and gpu at 2500RPM (particular this speed), which shoud be really quiet for these two tiny fans, but they became super loud instead. Then I adjust them both at 2700, and the system is now way better silent. Is it resonation? Or maybe go check the screws on them.
  13. Be sure to have a good thermal paste and if possible, upgrade your cooler.
