  1. well first things first what are you going to be using this pc for?
  2. Well then I would go for a lower cost cpu cooler like the cooler master hyper 212 evo because the dark rock pro 4 is pretty overkill but up to you. These are just my suggestions
  3. Are you buying the cpu and the cooler as a bundle or is it for a new pc build? if so Dark Rock Pro 4 is overkill for that cpu. If you don't plan on overclocking you should be good with the stock cooler.
  4. The blower style cards are much louder and get much hotter under load if you have the extra cash I would say go with the dual fan.
  5. That is not that bad as your max temp is 70c
  6. Ya try that and see if it is stable if not you will have to leave it at 1.3 volts
  7. try to lower the voltage by a little bit and see if that does anything but then again 70c is not that bad either.
  8. Yes you should be good as it will just boot back up and then you just adjust and try it again
  9. yes it will but sometimes I have had this happen to me it might power on and off a couple times let it do that after it will boot into the bios and you will see that the settings have been reset but I think it varies from motherboard to motherboard not too sure. What are your specs?
  10. dumb question i know but is your hdmi cable plugged into your graphics card?
  11. So if your oc crashes you will get a blue screen it will collect so information then after it is done that it will restart. After that get into the bios and usually it is the voltage that you will need to increase increase it and windows will boot up like normal.
  12. Do you know how loud they are? I am trying to target low noise also
  13. Thanks for the suggestion but I am using the hdds from my previous pc
  14. Alright thanks. What board would you go with?
  15. For nividia cards the equivalent would be the 2070 super but those are significantly higher priced then the 5700xt
  16. Alright thanks for the feedback. Was not sure as what board to go with but thought it would be better to get a newer board. But I probably won't be using the pcie 4.0 feature anyway. Also are there any good wifi adapters to go with that motherboard?
  17. I would say go with the 5600xt or the 5700xt. The 5700xt is a little bit over your budget but it is a really good card
  18. So I have been looking to build a new system for myself that I will be mainly using for gaming and some school work. The motherboard for some reason I could not find but I was looking to go with the tuf x570 gaming plus. The parts that are $0 are from my old build that I will be using for my new build. Any help is appreciated. 19. looks good. Since you have a high end system I would go with a x570 motherboard and not a b450m motherboard. Go with something like the asus tuf x570 motherboard. Also you can get windows keys for cheap like $20 instead of paying $189 for it
  20. that is a good choice but if you want something newer that you can use for a longer time I would go with the 3600x
  21. if you treat the pc right and don't put cheap parts in it then it will last you a long time. If you clean inside it and make sure it is not getting suffocated with dust build up if you do that it will last you a long time. But for peace of mind and warranty the nzxt bld is a good choice to go with but if you do a custom build most components do come with pretty long warranties.
  22. if you have a $1000 budget then you can build a new amd system that will give you the best bank for your buck.
  23. I would say try to use new paste and redo the heatsink. If that doesn’t work then try a different cooler
