    I had the similar problem the solution was to install fresh windows . Plus my ssd was full and switched to a new hard disk . You can also use the in-game paramter which you to manually enter in steam if it helps . Or u can't try to disable smt in csgo.

    Could you answer if I would be able to use ryzen 4000 series cpu in my motherboard ? I am quite sure it will be same socket according to leaks

    Ok . I would probably upgrade to a rtx 3060 or amd 2020 gpu in the future .

    I would use the cpu at stock setting but maybe I could overclock a bit in future. Right now I only play eSports games .
