    Thank you for the responses!
    My goal was to get a solid mid-tier PC. 
    I thought there might have been serious inefficiencies in my build but seems like I've done decently.

    Personally I wouldn't upgrade that system.  The only way to get a noticeable difference would be to spend mega dollars on a GPU or CPU (even then  CPU is not likely to be that noticeable).

    i dont think upgrading right now is a good idea as those literally is one of the newest right now. if upgrades is what you plan to do in your current setup, then its
     
    CPU >GPU 
     
    then if the need arises (games become more ram intensive) then is the time to upgrade the ram. 
     
    better option though is to just wait till the next releases ( next gen GPU ( RTX 3000? RX 6000?) or next gen CPU (Zen 3? 10nm intel (LOL no))
