  1. i have the same cpu in one of my older pcs.... i dont have a problem with it being pegged at 100% constantly but it will occasionally do it when downloading a windows update.....
  2. oh..........but isnt that a bit to much paste tho?
  3. yea......... unfortunately probably. ok sounds good..... the card may be bricked because of the something being corrupt in the vbios (which happend to my card i got off of ebay and had the exact same problem, and which was a very bad decision to buy it......) its either something that got messed up with that thermal paste or its bricked..........
  4. maybe the Verge was right in saying cables need to "breathe" jkjk
  5. oooffff.............. im not sure if theres anthing that can fix that........... the paste is all over that chip....................................... does it still have a warranty on it? and btw maybe ask the seller what he did to it and if it worked in the first place........ also if the fans spin and theres lights it may be a vbios problem.................
  6. was it "used"? hmmm interesting
  7. where did you buy the card from?
  8. ok, i just reinstalled the drivers ill test it later today
  9. so while i was playing a game as usual, my monitor suddenly lost signal and my Graphics card fans started running really fast so im guessing it overheated.......... after i restarted it, it was fine.... also recently during gaming there would be alot of screen tearing if that has to do anything with it................................. any ideas on whats happening to how to fix that? cpu: ryzen 5 2600x gpu: RX 570 gaming X 4gb ssd: intel 600p 512gb psu: evga 650BQ mbr: asrock B450 PRO4 ram: DDR4 16Gb 3200
  10. you probably want to reset it then.............
  11. yea....... but it probably wont matter that much if you dont...... unless you made changes in the bios before.......
  12. what kind of games? you may want to get something a little better than the rx 550 tho..............
  13. you can factory reset the bios......... but there would be nothing really "personal" there
