Only by increasing the amount dust your pc collects, just remember to clean your PC every 3 months or so.

just clean regularly maybe every 3-4 months. hairs are just like dust, but more prone to getting stuck in things like fan motors. mybe consider getting a case with a dust filter if you are worried (will still need to clean it but maybe once a year kind of thing)
