  1. Hello! I'm curious to know if overclocking RAM affects the performance of "Windows 11" and whether it would enhance the system's responsiveness. For instance, if I were to overclock my RAM from CL40 at 5600MHz to CL26 at 6400MHz, would I notice a difference?
  2. Swapping to 280mm x 45mm copper rads. Only ran the aluminium rads for a week, have I potentially damaged my blocks now? Or will I be fine if I flush my system and swap to copper rads?
  3. Hey! I am a total beginner and messed up with my custom loop. I bought water parts from this one local craigslist seller and thought everything would be nice and compatible. Some of the parts were brand new as well. So I thought nothing and built my loop. Turns out, I now have mixed aluminium and copper. The 2 rads are 360mm x 27mm aluminium, while my CPU and GPU blocks are copper. I’ve been running this system for a week now, no issues and the temps are good. Am I f*ked though? I was thinking about swapping my rads to copper asap.. Fuel used: EK cryofuel clear, says atleast in the description that is has some anti-corrosion additives, but from what I’ve read so far, it’s not enough?
  4. Both wireless. I got arctic hyperx cloud flight atm, would it be worth swapping to the GSP 370 ones?
  5. Hello. I'm wondering whether it's safe using the Asus STRIX 3070 BIOS on my Acer OEM card. I flashed it yesterday and so far it's been working good. Only reason why I flashed it was to get the ZERO RPM-fan mode working, now it works like a charm. The Acer BIOS doesn't come with such lux. I've now also undervolted it to 0,875V @1905MHz. Seems solid, no crashes so far after 8 hours of gaming. But I realised the cards have different power connectors, while my Acer RTX 3070 OEM only requires 1x 6+2pin & 1x 6pin, the Strix on the other hand requires 2x 6+2pin cables? Is it still safe using the Strix bios with my Acer OEM card, even though the power connectors are a bit different? Appreciate the help, thanks in advance.
  6. 3070 here, idles at around 32w with 1440p 32" 240hz monitor.
  7. What could possibly be causing this? Is my monitor faulty? Sometimes it may work fine for a couple days and then these lines appear again, almost like artifacting. It all goes away if I restart my monitor.. If I keep it going, it will start flickering more and go all black etc. I have tested with different GPU's and also with different DP cables, they all do the same. GPU: Gigabyte RTX 3060 Ti Monitor: ACER PREDATOR XB323U GX 32"

  9. I bought this PSU back in 2014, is it still good & efficient compared to newer models or should I be upgrading? It still works good.
  10. Is it normal for these new 7000 series CPU's to immediately spike up to 90-95c when running cinebench r23? It's running at almost 5,2ghz. I also noticed that while gaming my cpu almost clocks up to 5,5ghz and runs cooler, 70c. 11. I'm gonna try to run memtest. Will stick to the 3200MHz sticks for now and test the trident sticks on my old machine.
  12. So as the title says. Is it bad to use 2 sticks of ram out of 4 stick set? Especially with Ryzen? Using only 2 sticks out of 4 stick set is causing artifacting/black screen flickering? I got 2x sticks out of a (F4-3600C16Q-32GTZKK) set I tossed in a different, kingston hyperx 3200mhz 2x8 set and works no problem. All flickerings etc gone.. But just thought I could take advantage of the better ram sticks.. as they were B-die, but kits can cause compability problems if not using whole kit? Mobo: Asus ROG strix B550i Gaming CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X
  13. Hello. I could get the mobos for the same price, which one should I go for? From what I’ve heard the MSI isn’t the best X570 board? And comes with a somewhat buggy bios? I’d toss in a 5800X.
  14. Hello. I found this G skill kit really cheap, 40€. (f4-3000c14d-16gtz) Does this kit OC well? What kind of speeds can I expect? Pretty sure this kit is B-die? Mobo: MSI X570-A PRO CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X
