  1. Hello Internet! I'm just a learning teen and live in a place with... let's say not the greatest of WiFi Speeds And I've always thought... "What's stopping ISP's from simply Making their WiFi better?" "Why can't they make Gigabit speeds... everywhere?" Is it expensive? Too Labour intensive? I just wanna know!
  2. Hey, Just a question on wether my WiFi connection would work better as a wired connection connected to a WiFi repeater than just connecting my PC wirelessly?
  3. Hey, Thanks for ur quick reply. It worked fine on my old router (Single band 2.4Ghz) but ever since we got the new dual band router.. it wouldn't connect, it found the network and spent 30 mins trying to connect but failed every time, no exceptions (It said could not connect). It seems it does not automatically connect to a single band (I dont really know how it all works)
  4. I have a BT hub with dual band 2.4ghz and 5GHz. BT uses some gimmick where it makes devices automatically switch between bands based on their needs. (My dad is reluctant to removing that feature for some reason) I had this Lifx smart light bulb that only connects to the 2.4ghz band. If I change the SSID of the 2.4ghz band and connect the Lifx bulb to that, then after it is connected change the SSID to the original. Will that feature still work? (Please do not tell me to permanently change the SSID because it is not my choice) You guys got any other options?
  5. My Motherboard is the Prime A320M-K (With no RGB Headers) Where do you think it connects Also, (as shown in the pictures) the fans are by Corsair. Does that mean anything?
  6. I have these Corsair fans that came preloaded in the Corsair Spec Delta RGB case. I was wondering what these fans are and whether they’re compatible with the iCue software
  7. I've said its a recent thing. Before all 8GB has been used. Is it my GPU?
  8. Why is it a recent thing? It never happened before... I’ve never upgraded anything in my PC before?
  9. I’m on Windows 10. and when I run ‘are you ready for valve index’ (just as a guideline) it says that only 6GB is in use? it didn’t do that before? IMG_1824.MOV
  10. Why does it say that 2.1GB is reserved??? I need the extra RAM for VR? Do I need to upgrade my RAM aswell? IMG_1824.MOV
  11. I own an Oculus Quest and am going to use oculus link with a new graphics card. I have a budget of £150-170. My two options are the RX580 or the GTX 1650 super. Which one will give me the best result? Is there anything else that fits in my budget? Thanks for any help.
  12. I already have the Oculus Quest and am planning on using Oculus Link. The 1650 super says it is supported so I assume it would run OK? Oculus Link Minimum Requirements I have seen videos already, and it just seems too risky for me to take 80% of everything from the PC out and replace all of the cables... Just me being expecting the worst.
  13. I have an amd ryzen 3200G processor and currently have a gtx 1050 in my system (yuck) I'm wanting to have a VR capable PC meaning I need a new GPU. (I have the Oculus Quest and am planning to use Oculus Link) Oculus Link Minimum Requirements Then I see the 1650 super. - I need it, I want it. I have a vs350 PSU in my system and I was wondering wether I need to cash out on a new PSU ontop of the GPU. Then I'd need to pay for it all to get fitted (I don't have the bawlz to do it myself)
