if your power supply changes its fan speed on temps or power loads your problem might be a fan control or censor fail

just forget about it thats all i can say becouse it is just a fan, also you temp censer might be bad

bruh i use a 500mb radeon hd5450 and i get 40fps in csgo and 90 in minecraft. and thats with a core2 quad q6600... so i recommend a radeon hd6450 or a new pc

just go with a X and some dots... btw your main goal is to spread the heat evenly across the cpu and cooling block, so its really up to how cool you want your cpu to run.

No get the q6600 if you don't already have it... I got mine for 13 bucks. Pop a same price graphics card in there and... BOOM ya got 100 fps minecraft on lowish settings.
