Even if some pins are broken or the socked is broken won't make the device post maybe it's a grounding pin or memory channel or maybe the board is faulty

Error code 00 means faulty cpu or broken cpu or bend pins And plug front panel connectors to boot to windows from the power button . But I think it's afaulty board or afaulty cpu

Firstly to boot to windows directly try to put the boot drive to the boot priority then in the bios turn off any fast boot options and and hardware boot and a fresh windows 10 install will help and for problem 2 This game is not well optimized as these proplem happens with less demanding titles and even in steam reviews the graphics is a common problem and windows task manager is more accurate than Radeon adrinaline and better use MSI afterburner -
The power adapter have to be higher wattege than the output as wireless charge disapate Alot of lost power due to high temperature and wireless charging is not an effete efficient way of electricity transfer
