    Its an almost 4yo device by now . Even it handle daily tasks and games like a charm , it only have 2gig of ram

    7680x1080 is a 21:9 Ratio . Maybe it's the problem since you chose 16:9 ration in game settings

    I came across those OMEN a few time , the one with 9700 and RTX 2060 . They was pretty bad , the airflow was really f$%@ .
