    Reseatting worked. Not sure if I didnt put enough thermal paste or screwed it down unevenly, but temps are now 56c under 100% load and 28-29c idle.

    Well guys i'm retarded. I was getting random resets for no reason with this problem and just made sure nothing was loose. I found out my main power to the motherboard was pulled out with ease. All the volts are looking good now and haven't had a restart yet.
