  1. Sorry to re-open an old thread but i have sort of the same question.. i have had the dt 990s for a while now and i love it with my z170-a asus board but id like it to go a little louder.. should i buy a used Fiio E6 or should i go with a seperate dac/amp combo? and if so wich budget dac or amp should i get?
  2. Do you think i can run this display off of my gtx680? i dont even know if it has displayport 1.2 and cant find it anywhere tbh?
  3. I love this phone, i always had a Samsung galaxy since they launched but i would love to have a phone that is decently build...
  4. Fixed!! Problem was the bios.. it had been corrupt from the day i got it back from MSI (from RMA) I downgraded the bios to fix my problems and now i can overclock like i should ^^ Running 4.5Ghz stable now! Thnx for input
  5. Niiiiiice, would love to win something! ... anything... ever.... xD
  6. Have you tried removing some ram sticks? And if it boots up try doing some prime95 or something, its possible that the hangups are cpu related.. if it still doesnt boot try swapping another cpu in it if you have one, otherwise i'd go RMA on it! gl!
  7. Thnx for the reply guys, The bios is updated and ive mannually reset it a few times for testing, disabled phase control and have turned off all power savings before overclocking. Never tried the ram timmings though, will give it a shot. Ive only tried overclocking with multiplier, i know on these newer chips/mainboards the fsb can kill ur cpu.. Do you guys think its a problem with my PSU maybe?
  8. Hey guys, Im having a lot of problems overclocking my p67a with a 2500k cpu.. ive tried loads of things but nothing seems to work (system wont post and will reset default bios settings). I think i have pinpointed the problem since i can do small overclocking in windows.. Everytime the computer needs to restart to apply an overclock (i think this is when the voltage goes up) the pc wont post and will reset bios to default.. Ive tried lowering the voltage and leaving the cpu @ stock speeds but that gives me the same problems (no post).. Anyone know what the problem is? *some backstory: one day (without overclock) i started up my pc and my mainboard and gpu went up in smoke xD (only 2months old) so i sent them back for RMA, this is the ''fixed'' mainboard they sent back, i think i got a new gpu. Specs: MSI P67A-GD65 Model MS-7681 2500k 2x 4gb G-skill Ripjaws 1600mhz EVGA superclocked Gtx680 Be Quiet! Pure Power CM L8 730 W *I forgot to say that when the mb tries to boot it will keep powering on and off for 3 times and then resets the bios to default by itself
