    Better while including monitor.

The CPU isnt ideal, swap for 2600 and dont get a monitor.

Monitor is a 75hz freesync IPS panel.

Took the CPU, GPU, PSU, Storage and motherboard suggestions from boggy, and the RAM suggestion from GoldenLag to end up with this. Only costs a grand total of 2 extra dollars. Doesn't include a monitor because I can probably find one somewhere, and besides, this build won't come to fruition for a long while.
