  1. thanks guys for the replies, i solved it. i don't know how. as a last resort, i rebuild the index once again, after trying 3 times, i just had to do it and it magically works lol.
  2. Hi. I need some help or opinion from you guys, maybe you can help me. So users in the company that I'm working from was using Outlook 2007 and saving their emails locally via pst file on their computers. I upgraded their Outlook to 2021 version, but there is a problem, the search function was not working. It's showing no results. I already rebuild the Index, edited the registry, searched and installed updates, and did everything I could find on the internet but nothing is working. Maybe you can help me guys, thanks.
  3. Sorry, but I don't have the printer right now, it was from the user that I was supporting at the company that I'm working in. I'll try to check the tubes once I get the printer, or maybe send it to professionals who can fix the problem for me.
  4. I tried to cover the ink tank with scotch tape as I suspect it is causing the leak, but it is still leaking. Maybe you're right, a tube might be the cause of it.
  5. Hi guys, so just like what the title says. The ink tank (not the waste ink tank) is leaking, specifically the color yellow. What fix can I do? thanks
  6. shift + tab when answering forms is very handy for me
  7. Unfortunately, I think doesn't offer us trainings and such. I'll check your suggestions as I'm planning to self study for the meantime. Thanks!
  8. Yahh.. I also think that I don't need to get the A+ cert since I already have experience with that scope of knowledge. Maybe Network+ is the one I should focus on? ikr hahaha so is it worth it to invest on that to get that high paying jobs? totally agree on this thank you for this. experience>certs LOL sorry. new to this. Thank you, might as well do that because this coursed cost a lot.
  9. I'm just in the point of my life on thinking what career path should I take, and how can I pursue it. Now, I'm thinking on pursuing the Network/Cybersecurity path, and just wondering if taking the CompTIA Net+ is the best first step to take or is there other else worth doing more than that.
  10. Hi Guys. So I just want to ask some tips on what's the right thing to do in my career right now. So quick background check, I'm an IT Support on a company (200+ users). I'm responsible on assembling workstations, hardware and software troubleshooting, and little bit of network troubleshooting (I don't handle servers and switches and stuffs). 1.5 years in this job, going for 2nd yr on August. I'm only 22. I want to take some CompTIA courses to maybe elevate my knowledge, and my career? Should I take the CompTIA A+ or skip it and take the CompTIA Network+ instead? I'm also thinking if I should just focus more on what I'm doing with my job and get more experience first before taking CompTIA Network+ (if that's the best course to take for me). I'm seeing myself in the future as a Network Engineer or going beyond that, and also I'm interested in the Cyber security path. Is CompTIA certifications is really worth it? does it still weigh on resumes even if it's expired already? Thank you, hope you can help me.

Also what monitors should I use if I want to run on a dual monitor setup. Thanks in advance!
