Kid's 13 years old, idk about others but at 13 I had a comprehension of how online purchases worked, could read everything. I don't doubt the kid just took advantage of the grandmother not understanding the platform. Not anyone's fault in particular really, I do think Sony should allow a refund as technically it was an unauthorized purchase on her card. If not, charge back on the card, if sony blacklists it then it prevents this issue for her later on
