You need to go into the bios and create an XMP file -
Helped a friend build their PC. They got a MSI B450 GAMING PLUS MAX motherboard and a Ryzen 5 5600g as their CPU. After finishing the build and turning it on, there was no post on the monitor. We've checked to make sure all the cables and components are put in place correctly and all the way. We took it apart and rebuilt it from square 1 in case we missed something too. Still nothing. Can't get into the bios too. On the motherboard, there is a debug light on this part of the motherboard. The one on is the CPU light. I assumed this is because the motherboard isn't compatible with the 5000 series out of the box and we had to update the bios. So we tried. We downloaded the update file on a USB, plugged it into the motherboard, and pressed the flash bios button. Nothing happened. The red light that should turn on to indicate it's updating wasn't turning on. What could possibly be the issue? Do we need to purchase an older chip like the 3600?

Where would this ubuntu iso be? I don't know what it is.

I recently bought a new MSI monitor, the Optix G271. Everyone works great and as advertised, 144hz, 1080p, and all that. But after installing and some use, I noticed my mouse keeps teleporting to the top right of the screen. I'm not sure why this happens. I restarted my pc and checked to see if any drivers needed updating. But the problem is still persisting. This was happening at stock settings on the monitor. I have the Corsair Harpoon RGB mouse. Any ideas?

Chose out some parts for my girlfriend. She only has a Macbook Pro, and she really wants to have a fast, computer. She says she doesn't want it to be over 1000$USD, and I did manage that, but only by a little. If possible, can you help bring that cost down? She's only gonna be using one monitor, and the keyboard and mouse are already taken care of. System is going to be mainly used for web-browsing and gaming. Just installed Windows 10 Pro without a key. Been using it for a couple of days, and some of the limitations that come with not having a key is a little annoying. Where would the best place be to buy a key for Windows 10 Pro? A place where they don't steal your card information or resell the key to another user. And also not over $100.

Ah, okay. That makes sense, thank you. And how can I tell whether a male or female thread is facing me?

Yup, the standoffs are installed already. And I have two bags of 6-32 screws. Which one should I use? And what about the screws in the "Standoff" bag? It only came with two which seemingly go together.

I'm installing the ASUS Prime X470-Pro into NZXT's H510 Model with a bunch of bags filled with screws in front of me. The standoffs were also already preinstalled. I'm very confused on which bag to use to install the motherboard, and I've looked around tons on the internet but couldn't find an answer as to which bag of screws to use. The bags of screws are labeled as follows: -Standoffs -6-32 screw Hexagon -kb 5*10 screw -M3*5 Flat -6-32 screw flat If possible, can you all also help me with identifying the other screw's uses? Thank you in advance!

So if I sent an email to that address asking if they're willing to ship a Ryzen 7 2700x a state over, they'll consider it? Or am I misunderstanding? If that's the case, I'm sorry for being a dummy dumb lol. -

The reason why I'm going with the 2700x is because I want to do other things other than game, so this is a nice middle ground between them. The extra cores and threads will really help!
