    Someone did that at work once with re-enforced black electrical tape, my god the amount of gunk it left behind was unreal!

    Flicking the small red switch on the PSU as a kid not knowing what it did, melting every cable inside the machine and tripping the house fuse after plugging it in....ooof!

    Saw a good quote on Reddit about it, kinda agreed (sadly!) "I used to think that but now I don't. Scalpers will continue to buy up all the stock for the foreseeable future. There's no reason not to. Just buy up everything and resell to gamers, cryptominers, AI researchers, 3D modelers, etc. The scalping market is huge, and I doubt nvidia and amd can make enough to overwhelm the scalper's buying capacity"

    If you have another PC handy and you've tried everything you can, try installing Windows 10 onto the hard drive you've got in that PC there from the same USB stick using the other PC. Once its all done, place the drive/SSD back into that machine. It'll do its "Oh shiz! im in a new PC" setup its devices and load like normal (gotta love windows 10!) Worth a shot if it still fails after that it might be a hardware something

    Highly recommend EZVIZ 1080P DVR, we upgraded to it from a swan unit, absolutely stunning quality and no issues since + really cheap + WD Purple drives included
