    Correct. The overclock is PC specific and even if you had the software installed, it wouldnt know the card was ever overclocked on the other system.

    Yes, it will not know it was ever manually overclocked in a different system. It will be as if you pulled it straight out of the box and plugging it for the first time again and will operate at the stock, factory settings it shipped with.

    You can, but you'll have to set it all to 2133 (or OC the old RAM to 2400).
     
    It may also not be compatible.
     
    Give it a go see if it works together and then memtest86 it.
