  1. i would use the cpu to upgrade my 1090t, and to make a gaming computer that i have wanted for years and start streaming to twitch good luck to everyone who enters
  2. hello everyone i have a 800d case and im looking to buy a new psu in the future but my question is are there any good gold or platnum psu's out there that have cables long enough for the cpu and 24 pin to reach there home on a motherboard. I have extencion cables in my current psu and i want to get rid of them, one of my cables burned up it was a super cheap cable and i dont trust them anymore that is the reason i would love to find nice psu with long enough cables i have 950w one now but i dont use any where near that so a 600w or 700w one is all i would need thanks for your time and i hope every one who reads this has a great day.
  3. thank you for the stream and thank you john for your time
  4. i uploaded a video of it starting that one time maybe that will help but i cant get it to start again *sigh*
  5. ok i got it to turn on but i had to push the power button like 6 times before it turned on this makes me think its the power supply i got into windows just fine but i only had one of my graphics cards in so i shut off the computer again and tried to turn it on again and its doing the same thing as before and it makes me think that my psu is the cause of all this trouble.
  6. thats what i was thinking but i hoped that wasn't the case im going to tinker with it a little more and see if i can fix it or its the motherboard is really gone
  7. the pc is not over heating the motherboard wont post at all with or with out a graphics card in it i have tryed all the pci-e slots and it wont give me bios error code beeps, its like the computer is giving power to my fans and the lights on my motherboard but nothing else, i cant even get the computer to think about booting to windows at all anymore i have never had anything like this happen before the system was working great for many years untill this morning. i think the motherboard is dieing does anyone else think that this is what happened?
  8. hello everyone im having some trouble with my msi k9a2 platinum i know my rig is older but its never given me trouble until this morning, i left my pc on last night while i was sleeping to download stuff and bitcoin mine when i woke up this morning i could hear my gpu fans speeding up and slowing down and then i saw my keyboard leds were off so i restarted my computer and it gave me a bios error code 1 long and 2 short beeps so i restarted my pc to make sure thats what i heard but this time it booted and i got a message saying my overclock is bad please reset it in the bios this was odd because i never overclocked my system in the first place, so i went into my bios made sure everything was ok and now it wont boot at all i have cleared the cmos a few times and nothing is doing the trick, what i find odd is that now my gpu fans and cpu fans wont spin but all my mobo lights on are and all of my case fans are spinning i even took out my gpus thinking maybe they have gone bad and i have tryed a few older gpus laying around same thing i dont think its my gpus causing this. what do you guys think? do you think my mobo has died or do you guys think its my psu that is causing the trouble i know its not a very good one but its all i have its a 950w coolmax theres no burnt smell and nothing popped from it maybe the 12v rail is going on it? well i thank you guys for your time i hope someone can help me with this i have never come across a problem like this.
