  1. As the title states, “One Guide to Rule Them All”. I’m trying to find an app for Android TV that allows you to combine a ton of live channels into one. This is would include OTA (HDHR) *Possibly under Plex*, Pluto, XUMO, Live TV services (Hulu Live, YouTube TV, etc., Cable Service (either Actual Cable or the Cable Service App) and possibly not probable, but live sections on Apps like AMC, ESPN, etc.. And yes I do know about Android TVs “Live Channels” app. It’s crap. It never displays the correct EPG, nor does it work properly. Always says not enough storage or it has some bug that keeps it from functioning properly. Also “Channels” app doesn’t quite fit the need either. If anyone knows of any app or away to combine them in Plex or KODI that would be amazing! - Thank you! EDIT 1: I don’t mind this being an iPhone or Android app as I can cast this to my TV. I can basically use any casting service, Miracast, AirPlay, Chromecast, or Samsung Share. Doesn’t really matter what device I have to use to cast to my TV. I could use my Desktop if necessary.
  2. I appreciate everyone’s input! As far as me not purchasing a “Digital” camera, is I already own SLR Cameras and with the beast cage I can adapt my slr glass to the cage with their DOF Adapter. And it doesn’t hurt that I’ll only have one device on me at all times vs 2 separate devices for what I need. What I can’t use my SLRs for I’ll use my iPhone for convenience. And I’ll be honest, it’s really hard to tell the difference between which one takes better photos because I have to convert the film to digital and it loses a small amount of quality with the conversion. The iPhone would give me RAW files to edit and have more precise control with photoshop.
  3. I’m looking into cinematography with my iPhone Pro Max. The Beastcage setup looks absolutely fabulous, but I want to be able to use my iPhone with a Røde SC6-L Mobile interface connect over Lightning made for iPhone while being able to keep my iPhone charged with a battery bank. Is there a lighting -> dual lighting splitter that would support this? If not this way, is there another option? BeastGrip is the site I’m going to gather most of my Cinema and photography gear from.
  4. So, to start things off, I'm relatively new to this problem. I'm a computer science major, so I'm not completely foreign to such happenings to my computer because I'm always doing something to it to make it more personable and faster. I believe the latest windows update has crashed my USB ports for some odd reason and I cannot restore to an earlier point. The reason being that the restore point comes back with an error pertaining to failed to locate restore point. Anyway, the ports work just fine if I do not open an application or program. I started to notice this problem when I launched 2k19. I was playing and all my peripherals just became unresponsive. They where receiving power because my keyboard was still lit, but was not responding to key presses, nor was my mouse or my Xbox one controller. My hub that I have still has power, yet doesn't work. I've tried unplugging and restarting my computer, reinstalling USB drivers, resetting my PC back to factory state and nothing seems to be working... If it helps my motherboard has a PS/2 port that does work conveniently and I so happen to have a mouse and keyboard that works when my USB device won't. I'm at a crossroads here because I use my desktop for more than just gaming. I would be glad to share any information need to help solve my problem. Mine you a restart is a temp fix until an application is opened, then immediately cause my USB to shutdown. They still show up in device manager as normal. Thank you.
  5. Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum and the gaming side of things. I'm a computer science (programmer) major and thought I should start my way into the hardware side of things and basically learn my way up to increase my knowledge. So I started off on my curious and slow pasted journey to create my own gaming rig. This build is not quite finished, I am hoping to get a insight on some things before I further my conquest. ---------------------------------------------- Build: ~~PC Hound *link to pc build (specs)*~~ ---------------------------------------------- I would like to know if having AMD & Nvidia graphics cards on the same motherboard is possible and how to make it work if it does. Also if having more ram exceeding the cpus recommendations will bottleneck my system in anyway (the motherboard supports 3333+mhz and up to 8 ram slots), but the cpu supports only 2400mhz and only 4 slots. *why make a motherboard specificly for the x99 chipset with these specs if the cpu can't handle it?* What other accessories do I need and what should I understand? If you have any suggestions on what I need to do or if I need to make any corrections. Please don't hesitate to tell me... As I said before I am a complete noob to building a pc, but from the research I have done the is a great rig and it should be future proofed for awhile?! Not related to the issue, but if you'd also like to give me pointers on how to set up this build software and hardware wise, I'll gladly take advice from you and whatever sources, vid or articles, you could provide! Thanks you!
