Yeh its in the same MOBO, Basically it was disconnected and connected back again (Same system). Thats all. I guess its a glitch or maybe limit is reached but i didn't change any hardware.

Recently my brother took HDD out from my PC and now windows activation is gone. Tried to troubleshoot also tried the key that i was using (bought from ebay tho) Saying cant activate because key was used on other hardware, But its the same HDD same Windows (Didn't format) just took it out and plunged it back in. Am guessing have to buy new key...

Similar issue happened with one of the PC at work, PC kept turning off and on. I just left it that way and it booted itself after a while. First I thought it was PSU issue but even after replacing..... it was doing that.

My friend tried to update his MSI B450 bios himself (Ryzen 7 1700) and bios failed at 60% - now hes not getting any post. (Black screen) Told him to try fixes that are available online like resetting CMOS,. press all bios related keys.....make Bootable usb and drop bios plug it on mobo ports and leave the PC ON bla bla.. didn't bother much since he got 2 PCs and we can game anyway. Mobo doesn't post anything he said, I didn't check it my self cuz me lazy and busy and dont want to waste my weekends on that. Does anyone know how he can get the bios back? is it even possible? Does that mobo have any recovery system in place?...or second bios?....
