if you go with 3000 you get max 10 fps more(ryzen gen 2) i would personally go with the higher capacity i mean idk what amd cpu u have?

i mean go for it okey it can be consuming alot if it is doing something heavy but otherwise its good however if you load it almost 24/7 your power bill will go higher then usual. i mean it is just up to you also you can test your powerdraw with a meter for it.

i think the best now is reseating ram then try again and if that doesnt work then is the best to have the mb out of his case and test it on the box or you could also take a look at the cpu

did you plugged all the cables correct because mostly you would see your rgb on the mb litting up?
