  1. Is double forward really the cause for high transient response time?? Because Tom's Hardware doesn't show high transient response time with the CXM.

It has the same boot up time as regular SATA. -G3 tends to be loud under load and also has protections set too high as is common with semi-passive units. Plus, the RMx has better build quality. You don't need more than 550W for a single-GPU system.
  3. Flip a coin between the zotac and gigabyte gaming oc, they're the same at the core. Also if you need WiFi get a separate PCI-E adapter like the Asus AC51 instead of the much worse integrated WiFi on the Carbon Pro.

A 2600 and cheap aftermarket cooler will be much more price effective. -For whatever reason the Gigabyte B450 Aorus Pro limits vcore to 1.3v on the 2700 non-x, not to mention its mediocre at best VRMs, so that was replaced with the adequate B450 Gaming Plus. -Cheaper case, the P350X has excellent airflow and cable management. The meshify may have marginally better temps and noise but I would rather pocket the $30, up to you tbh. -The Seasonic Focus Gold, while not by any means a bad PSU, has no 12V OCP and is very loud under load. This puts it at least a tier under the Corsair RMx 2018 550W, not to mention the RMx's superior build quality. Only the Bitfenix Whisper M is better than the RMx due to it having multi-rail compared to the RMx's single rail. Also get your 2060 from Newegg instead of Superbiiz.
  5. No, the A400 is a DRAMless 2D TLC garbage drive. Go back to the Team L5 Lite 3D. Don't get the Pro4 as it's known to cause stuttering issues and has a high DOA rate, the pro-vdh from MSI is much better in quality. Switch the BR to the cx 2017 550W. Switch the H18 to the CM Masterbox Q300L. Switch 2x4 RAM to 1x8 RAM because dual channel has almost zero impact on FPS depending on game and Ryzen doesn't like quad channel (you'll have to upgrade eventually).
  6. Thermaltake Contac Silent 12, anything more expensive is kinda a waste tbh because of the voltage curve.
  7. Lol those PSUs are gonna be close to the cost of the entire build without the PSU. A better choice would be to get a budget unit like the Corsair CX 2017 / CXM 450W / 550W. Even the CX/CXM will most likely outlive the used components (rx 560, i7-980X etc) in the build. Edit: nvm I thought you were talking about the original build
  8. same pump, i thought the temps would be the same between the same size pumps but guess not... (for example S36 is worse than clc 280 even though both are asetek)
  9. .........j20f..............2j3f........

  10. @Marijanusic I recommend a ThermalTake Contac Silent 12 because with beefier coolers (freezer 33 esports one isn't even that much better if at all) you'll see zero performance increase. Ryzen's voltage curve which makes the required voltage increase per 0.1ghz exponential as you reach 4.2ghz (4.1ghz for lottery losers) will also make heat production exponential, making the "huge" advantages of large HSF's like the Dark Rock Pro 4 for instance void. Not to mention the voltage wall of 1.4v with Zen 2 that you don't want to go above (otherwise silicon degradation will exponentially speed up). Or that LC power cooler that's probably the only one avaliable in Serbia. Roasted and toasted.
