Interesting. I remember it being Vancouver area only. I guess whoever got in from America was lucky. 

It works now. I had a USB hub plugged in and had plugged my watch charger into the hub. Since I have removed the hub the keyboard works now? I'm confused and not sure if this is correlation not causation. I also installed updates. 

Not sure how, but it works now.  It's so strange but this all happened when I plugged in a USB hub and my Samsung watch charger and since I unplugged it, it hasn't happened again. I am stumped.

I am thinking it is software related. The KB works on my laptop. Just need to figure out how to fix it since I have Linux.

Okay. Works on my laptop. >.<  Not windows. It is a Chromebook pos.

The simplest way to check for problems with the keyboard itself is to plug it in to another computer and see if it does the same thing. Preferably on a windows computer with official drivers just to rule everything out. Maybe you can get a friend to let you try their machine?

It was the next step that was recommended. To reinstall driver and firmware if the KB rest didn't work. I am going to try the KB on my son's pc and see if it does the same thing. Thanks for the suggestion.

I am having an issue with my Keyboard as seen here:

The only things I have not tried are updating the driver and firmware because I am using Pop!_OS with KDE Desktop environment and I am not sure how or if I can. I have googled and have not found a good guide. Has anyone successfully done this and can push me in the right direction?

Issue:

Keyboard won't stop typing numbers. When I click in a search bar, note, etc it just keeps typing automatically and will not stop. I was just surfing the web and all the sudden it started doing it.

What I have done:

1. Checked keys
2. Unplugged KB and Plugged it back in
3. Restarted PC
4. Reset KB per Corsair instructions https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025465031-How-to-Reset-your-keyboard

Not sure what else to do and I know I can contact Corsair but last tie I contacted Corsair they took a month or more to contact me back.

OS: Linux Pop!_OS with KDE Plasma desktop environment.

I am not sure how or if I can download drivers on Linux. I have been using Linux with no issues with my Corsair eco system.

Specs:

 Corsair K70 RGB MK.2 SE Mechanical RAPIDFIRE Gaming Keyboard.

He said even Yvonne didn't understand the direction the designers went with the first items. I would like to hear the opinions of other people who wear women's clothing.

I have to admit I was disappointed with the first drop of women's merch. I have been begging Nick forever about wanting merch for the girl gamers. When I was streaming on Twitch regularly I had a bot advertise Floatplane and LTTstore.com. I wore my LTT merch every stream. Except when I was try harding in my Liquid jersey. After much anticipation womens merch drops and... It looks like something a guy would get his girlfriend/wife/partner who doesn't watch LTT.

We are LTT fans first and foremost. We want the branding. I need the classic LTT logo. I don't want frilly, upscale, beauty guru stuff. I felt like they didn't know who they were designing for. I think it would be a good idea for Creator Warehouse to put together a focus group of LTT fans who wear feminine clothing.  That way they can hear from a large group and get an idea of who we are and what we want. We don't want to reinvent the wheel. 

Yes, we are people who wear feminine clothing. We are also knuckles deep in PC cases. We wear thermal paste under our nails instead of perfect manicures (or both). We get just as excited peeling back the film off a brand new monitor. Trying to beat everyone else getting the latest and great hardware. Super competitive when it comes to folding month. We are proud of our builds. Instead of nude pics we want PC specs in our dm's. I, personally, enjoy top fragging when I am the only girl playing CSGO comp with a bunch of misogynistic assholes. I also enjoy seeing guys faces when I tell them I built my own computer. Thanks to LTT of course for teaching me how. 

I can only speak for myself, but I would like to see some of the older designs but ladies sizing and colours that appeal to people who wear feminine clothing. The sweats were a great idea, but where's the logo? I got excited when they were updated with embroidering, but still not in line with the classic LTT branding we know and love. Give me my classic logo.

I love the scrunchies and what they stand for. They are recycled which is near and dear to my heart. (They would be more awesome with a little LTT tag.)

Of course this is just my opinion and I know everyone's tastes are different. (As Aprime reminded me when I ranted about it in Pilot Chat).

It's fun. I freaking love my pink water bottle. So much I made it's own little video at the beach last year. I love it though not just because it is pink. I love it because of the design and the branding. If I could get that design on a shirt in my favourite colours, I would die. Or something like that design on a blanket. I love my merch and Nick will tell you that I tweet at him pics. It makes me proud to be a part of this community and Sarah is an amazing designer. I could be completely off base and the only one who feels this way but I just wanted to give my opinion.  Attached two of my favourite colours with their pantone codes.

Just finished watching WAN VOD. I know, I am late to the party. I can't help it I get up at 5am for work. Linus said he was going to have a pop up shop at the new labs building.  Luke said it would be cool to stream it on FP so people can see real reactions to the screwdrivers and backpacks. True. I guess I was thinking that having chrome that couldn't be updated would make it not work. I have so many projects right now that I have to take care of first before I get a real laptop.  I will try the dual boot.

This is for Techlinked, but I don't know where to post video suggestions for them. I work from home for Amazon. Have been with them since 2019 and have seen some interesting technology. Just had this training today and it blew my mind. One of the departments I support is the new Amazon Style store which will be using the Amazon One technology.  It looks so cool, but at the same time made me sigh because I knew as soon as this was discovered by certain groups I would have to listen to a lot of mark of the beast complaints. Best non contract mobile phone plan. Best service and data plan that won't break you. Currently using Google Fi and found out it is not cheap, but great service. I don't want to have anxiety when I need to use data though.

I have an old Chromebook that won't be receiving new updates anymore. It works but is slowish. Not worried about bricking it. I won't cry about it. Just want to tinker with it and if I can bring new life to it, great. I would like to remove Chrome OS and put whatever linux distro would work best on it. I use Pop!_OS currently on my PC and love it. How do I go about this? Does anyone have a recent guide? I am new to Linux. TIA

I finally got off my parents phone plan because it was atrocious. (Republic Wireless) I am currently using Google Fi. Service has been great. Have not had any issues with dropped calls or internet issues. It just seems expensive. I've tried not to use my phone if it isn't connected to wifi. I have been looking at Mint, but I'm not convinced it's any better. I don't use a lot of data but in the event of a blackout or if I am somewhere that I can't connect to wifi I don't want to have to worry about a huge charge. Just wanted to see what everyone is using and if this is just the normal cost.TIA. Attached screenshots. 

I love the Discord. Pilot chat especially is amazing. I've met some amazing people there. I think everything has a place. I like the forum and the discord. The Discord itself is not bad. It just needs new  mods who embody the LTT culture.

We are repeatedly threatened to be banned from the Discord. Hard to give a blow by blow account on Twitter. I guess I could pull a Pokimane and use the notes app on my phone, lol. We have specifically asked them. We have had long discussions. This is something that has gone on for years.

I have a lot of respect for everyone who works at LMG and FP. I know that they don't see what is going on in the server. If they want they have the power to see the whole picture by reviewing the mod chat, audit log, and searching dates and times. Mod chat is especially important, because that is where mods talk about us, lol. I have seen screenshots. 

I am definitely not a model citizen. I am not a victim. I have zero filter, A horrible temper, I am highly inappropriate at times. Basically a female Linus, lol. I love this community though. I will stand up for those who have been treated unfairly and especially those who have been discriminated against by an authority figure.

I never felt like I fit anywhere else. I have always felt "different" than other people. When I went to LTX2019, it was the first time I felt comfortable being around other people. I have always been considered eccentric, outgoing, immature, and awkward. I grew up in a town where I was brainwashed from birth that the way I felt about the other sex was a sin and I was going to hell. I have felt immense shame and to this day still have conflicting feelings about myself and my identity.

LTT has given me a way to connect with my son and some amazing friends that I talk to every single day. I am very active in Pilot Chat. It isn't the same anymore since my group of friends were banned and now Sarah has been driven out by hate. I just want to have a fun place to banter with friends again and be excited about tech together. A place that isn't trying to scrub the existence of LGBTQIA+ from it's servers. We aren't talking politics. We aren't bringing up current events, laws, protests, discussions, etc. They deleted my "Happy Pride Day" post and a picture of a really cool battle station that just happened to have a trans flag on the wall and was not the main focus. I'm sorry but that is not okay. I have said Happy Easter, Christmas, Hanukkah, 4th of July, Valentines, [insert card making company manufactured holiday here] and there has never been an issue. It is censorship and discrimination.
