Portable is (or maybe was) where it's at. I still see people use the 2012 Macbook Air all the time. That generation of Macbook was SUPER well made... much better than the 2016 onwards stuff. I don't see people using Windows ultrabooks from 2012 very frequently

And what makes you think that? macOS is supported by all major software development houses.
Yeah, but most Mac users are not interested in playing games. The ones that are, like me, have our own separate gaming rigs.
If you want to pirate software, macOS is literally one of the easiest platforms to do that on
In what way? 3D performance sure, defiantly not render times for video and defiantly not for DAWs.
Nobody on macOS uses CUDA, macOS uses OpenCL, RTX is DoA, macOS isn't a gaming operating system and game devs use PCs anyway.
    Sure...

I can try, though truth be told I don't understand much about them. That being said, I can certainly point out which have yielded the most performance benefits from my personal tests. This guide is mostly comprised of trial and error, with most of the terminology coming from those that taught me most of what I know about memory overclocking.

The funny part is that I looked back at this guide and completely forgot to add the Ryzen part, despite buying my Ryzen components well over a year ago. I guess the silver lining is that it might come in handy for Ryzen 3000.
