TLDR: audio crackling and camera flickering green after upgrading CPU to a Ryzen 5 5600g BUT only on certain CPU loads. For some backstory, I upgraded from a Ryzen 5 3600 to a spare Ryzen 5 5600g, when I installed it, when playing GTAV my audio would randomly start crackling, I tried capturing it with Nvidia shadowplay but it seems to be hardware side as I cant hear it in the video. I couldn't seem to find a fix so i gave the CPU to my brother, and he had no issues with you, but I cant confirm this as this issue only seems to happy in certain CPU loads I ended up needing the CPU back but then the issue still persisted. I managed to find a small fix of setting my minimum processor state to 99% which helped but never eliminated it. after playing the game "A way out" I noticed when I have the audio crackling my camera also flickers green. leading me to think there is something interfering with my USB ports perhaps? I've tried too much to remember what I have done to try and fix this. any thoughts are greatly appreciated. I'm sure I missed some important details but I'm happy to provide them. So i upgraded to ryzen 5 3600 last summer, and swapped to a Asrock B450m Pro4 motherboard. from then on i could no longer see my cpu temps? i used msi afterburner to monitor my pc and after the upgrade i noticed the cpu option missing from the msi onscreen, i also noticed it doesnt show cpu temps in the motherboard bios. ive recently installed amd ryzen master to overclock and noticed that it does show my cpu temp, im not sure if its my cpu or motherboard temp. is there a reason my bios and msi doesnt show it?

yea it makes sense but ive reinstalled windows so many times that it just gets annoying.. but ill give the bluescreen program a shot and ill reinstall if it happens again

yes i did a bios update , i didnt do an os install and tbh i so not fucking bothered but if it keeps occuring i will try it out... and i didnt really pay attention to the error message.. ill keep you updated if and when it happends again

so i recently bought a ryzen 5 3600, b450m pro4 motherboard and 16 gb ddr4 3200mhz ram, the problem is that i randomly get blue screens.. i recently got 2 ... one where i was in a overwatch ranked game and another right as i restarted my pc could this be a ram issue? i had xmp profile 2.0 running at 3200mhz but just now ive tried turning it off now and playing at 2933mhz.. still have to test it but does anyone know if xmp could be causing this?

is the motherboard i choose not a good overclocker? im not too worried about not being able to overclock as i will only want to do some slight overclocking .. nothing major. (BTW : the cooler was given to me from my brother as a present)

wow thanks for the effort you put through but i already have a pc with these specs ... srry. im only upgrading my cpu, mb, and ram . i just threw in my specs as quick as possible..my monitor is actually a 144hertz 1080p that i grabbed for 180 euro... which i think is such a great steal as its an acer predator srry to inform you like this but i hadnt much time to put my post together

these are my specs as i have them now... the only thing im replacing is the cpu mb and ram.. which i already had in the pcpartpicker list.. the power supply was a gift from my brother, and my monitor is actaully 144 hertz not 240 ... thats a mistake on my part, and the ssd i bought along time ago and that isnt the right model i just threw one in.

Im buying a ryzen 3600 with a b450m pro4 motherboard, but when i put my specs in pcpartpicker it showed an error which i looked into and it seems that b450m motherboards need a bios update b4 being able to use your cpu. Is this still a problem and if so how would i update it?
