    For me personally I have the x60 kraken mounted to the top of my cas as intake ( filtered ) Using stock kraken fans wich are down really gut awful and loud but the x61 has " better fans " so should be fine used by them unless they are loud aswell. No reason for push pull configuration unless you really want it.

    From what I know the best performing closed loop AIO is the kraken x61 then after that I'd have to say swifttech due to expand ability

    If its stable while playing all your games and being on 24/7 that's stable, all the other stress testers do is put it at under unrealistic situations.     on a 2nd look did you try a different PCI-E slot? And what is your clock speeds on your GPU? 3rd edit , have you updated your Bios since getting your 970? and if you can try hooking your computer up to a TV if you have not already and see if the lines continue to be there then new monitors can be ruled out. http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/refreshlock.html%C2'> maybe?

    try different Drivers if you have not already might be a corruption in them.

    What program is it screen tearing? VLC WMP ect ect ect. Highly doubt it but did you try different cables? maybe they are all corrupted.     I am pretty sure dual 980s would be better then 780ti gratned 780ti are still good cards but 980 has better overclocking and that extra Vram for 4k. but i may be wrong.

    Hit windows button + R ( or just open up run ) Type in Gpedit.msc go to windows components the look for onedrive or skydrive the click on that it should give you 3 options click on the middle one then click on enable, it won't uninstall because you can't uninstall it but it will disable it from storing any thing in there.

    Oh man yea that desk is damn good was looking at that a while ago but its upwords of $1500 =X i have money to spend but im not paying that much even if it does look damn good!.
