  1. no problem. happy I could help. go for the monitor 1st, you'll have a much better experience there. just know that your current cpu will probably be running at 100% and you wont be getting 144 fps in everything because the cpu bottleneck but it should be pretty close. your overall experience will be much better though. if you want those extra fps so you're steady at or over 144 + in most games you will have to upgrade your cpu. If you find the upgrade necessary a 9600k or 3600 would probably be ok, but 9700k or 3700x would be the smarter option. or you may be perfectly happy with just the monitor. (just a little what to expect next) best of luck
  2. or possibly this LG 27GL83A-B if you're interested in 1440p https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07YGZL8XF?tag=pcpapi-20&linkCode=ogi&th=1&psc=1 it is a bit over the budget you gave though
  3. it would be extremely unrealistic lol. for that price i would reccomend something like the Asus VG279Q https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07KXHTRT5?tag=pcpapi-20&linkCode=ogi&th=1&psc=1
  4. do you game on all 3 as an extended screen? do you want to upgrade all 3? and would that budget be 200-300 per monitor or total?
  5. It depends what cpu cooler you are going to use since the 9900k doesnt come with a cooler. some coolers come with pre applied thermal paste some dont.
  6. if you tell me what size monitor you want, and a budget I could recommend a couple to you.
  7. hmm. ok. my personal recommendation. I think your current cpu is borderline good enough and you'd be more satisfied if you upgraded to a better monitor 1st. Something 120hz + with either freesync or g sync. and i really would reccomend 1440p over 1080p especially since the 2070 super has the power to push it.
  8. the reason you're getting tearing is because youre pushing way more fps than your monitor can handle. what kind of fps are you getting in the games youre playing? this will help figure out if you really need a cpu upgrade or not. to help with the tearing you can limit your fps closer to your refresh rate. (set it slightly higher though just to compensate for fps spikes)
  9. I agree with what Noah said, test things out first and see how it goes before spending the money on a new cpu/mobo. whats the refresh rate on your monitor?
  10. it depends on what resolution & fps youre trying to play at. From what I've heard the 9600k is hitting 100% usage at 1080p with the 2070. If youre gaming at 1440p or higher you may be ok with a 9600k, but i would reccomend a 9700k or ryzen 3700 if you want to avoid bottlenecking at higher fps 1080p
  11. the Lg is ips so it's going to look better color wise and it has gsync. the only benefit to the msi is the slightly higher refresh rate. personally i'd go with the lg
  12. I'd recommend the Hyperx. Have not used that exact one (I have the cloud revolver s), but I like their other headsets and their customer service is great.
  13. To answer your question: Yes Display Port does support 1080p 120Hz. So you would be able to run it at 120. My personal opinion: It's a TN panel which I've never been very happy with. I would look for a VA or IPS monitor. But yes, this will give you the performance you are expecting when connected with a DP cable
  14. yes. that works for both at the same time. its expensive, but it is the cleanest solution.
  15. hmm. well I cant really be sure about getting it in your country, but it looks like a lot of people use the astro mix amps for this. any mix amp with an optical & usb input should work though. optical would go to the ps4, usb to the pc then output by 3.5mm jack to headset. https://www.amazon.com/ASTRO-Gaming-MixAmp-Dolby-Audio-Mac/dp/B07NSN61NS/ref=dp_ob_title_vg?th=1 heres a video tutorial with one of the older astro models
