    AOC 24G2U is IPS 144hz display with freesync, and i think it supports gsync aswell, the low price doesnt mean its bad, its actually pretty good monitor

    if u play competetive games like CSGO, PUBG, COD,APEX Legends etc... stick to 24 inch 1080p, the difference in pixel density is pretty small , and its much easier to track enemies on 24 inch monitor, 27 inch is too big, and picture quality is only slightly better

    set optimal power mode in nvidia control panel if u want ur core clock and memory clock to drop while not needed

    did you try Nvidia Low Latency Mode to ULTRA? it helps alot with CPU usage and frametimes

    any intel cpu bellow 90c will work 10+ years , i have laptop thats old AF and was constantly running World of warcraft 85-95c for thousand of hours, and it still works and is turned ON 24/7 playing random youtube videos, and also when i format it its working like brand fucking new

    buy can of compressed air, u can also use toothbrush together with can to scratch dust if its really sticky, mine is cuz i smoke weed n tobaco in my room, so dust gets stick af, or just use vacuum cleaner and toothbrush

    remove motherboard battery for 10 sec to restart bios, did you overclock CPU?

    stutter shouldnt occur like that with gsync, gsync makes it so transition from 100 to 80fps is smooth, do u use display port cable?

    dont lock ur fps, try turning ultra low latency mode, this will lock fps automaticly 5-6 frames bellow monitor refresh rate

    btw you have to repaste, cuz now there will be air bubbles whic make hotspots and overheat cpu, just do as i said , small X on cpu and mount that cooler

    you should definatly first try repasting CPU thermal paste, but be careful with amd stock cooler and its thermal paste, cuz its sticky af and u can easly pull out cpu together with it and cause damage, twist cooler slightly to left and right before pulling, wipe thermal paste completely and do and X on cpu with thermal paste, but big one half sized X on cpu, but ryzen will still behave like that, every few seconds 10c temp jumps, its how it behaves and is normal, but 82c on stock load is definatly bad thermal paste application or something like that
