It’s satellite so the signal will be accessible.  It would also probably require special equipment to access.  If I was the government and wanted to ban starlink I would ban the equipment, or arrange something with spaceX

don't you think the chinese would make some sort of cheaper and easier equipement to sell to those countries illegaly in case those countries ban thos equipements?

  2. Hello everyone, i know it's a bit too late to worry about this but i was wondering if governments could stop it's citizens from using starlink internet in the future, our gouvernement(algeria) refuse any kind of internet competition the only internet company in the country belongs to the government and  it's services are aweful and the prices super high it start from 2 mbps up to 20mbps but since it's super expensive most people use the 2 mbps which sucks so what do you think we can do if the government bans the starlink internet

  3. Hello i am trying to install linux mint on dual boot with windows 10 after i choose the OS partion and start installing i get the message error of "no efi system partition was found ..."

    Note :

    • if i continue without the efi partition it will finish the installation and when i boot the system it gets stright to windows 10 without giving any message to choose the OS
    • if i convert the windows reserved system (not OS) partition to EFI type from NTFS or create a new EFI partition and choose it as the boot loader, windows wont boot and in order to boot linux i'll have to choose an option from the EFI choice in the boot option in the bios
    • the picture attached is not mine i just put it to show you the error message

so please do you have any idea how to fix it, Thanks

1070 is more powerful, but you miss out on some of the driver benefits. That said the power balances out the software benefits, so old stuff is 1070 suited, new stuff is a slight advantage you wouldn't notice the difference to. For new you did get a exception deal.

the price was about 247 $

  5. Hello, im on a tight budget ($250 - $275) to choose a graphic card so i can play on my 1080p screen and ive got this few choices, so i would like to have some help to choose the right one

Note : the prices mentioned are the range of prices for the graphic cards i named above in my country, so those cards are the only choices in that range of prices, Thanks

  6. Hello, i did my first build using a ryzen 3600 with an MSI X570 and Geil Evo Forza 2 x 8 gb 3200 mhz (xmp activated) and the voltage of the cpu in the bios shows 1.43V with the temperature of 37C for the CPU and 31C for the Motherboard, is that normal? Knowing that i dont have a gpu yet so i used my very old MSI GeForce N210  gpu the time i get an 1660 Ti (i am not gaming on it yet just doing some programming for now)

  8. Hello i am on a very tight graphic card budget, i found a deal for a new MSI Ventus SX oc edition GTX 1650 for $126 while there is the RX 570 that cost about $190 at least in my country, knowing that the performance between them is about 10 - 15% so is it worth it to pay the extra 64$ price difference for 10 - 15% performance or should i go with the GTX 1650
