All accessories are included, I don't get why he's selling it at almost %50 market value. That's the only thing stopping me really. Maybe I should try being straight forward and just ask?

If it works perfectly, grab it.  Who cares why he's selling it, most likely his mom is kicking him out of the basement and he needs rent money.

Christmas time, probably just wants the cash and knows most people probably don't have a ton of money right now.
If he's an enthusiast, he might be worried about new boards coming out at CES and thinks he'll probably lose money then anyway.

@jstudrawa @TVwazhereSo my dude just said 80 and we have a deal. Brand new, still sealed. Said he just got a new board and CPU from a friend so he is selling this one. He got a 2600x CPU, so I don't know he didn't stick with the Strix 450, maybe for the sake of his friend?

I should add that he said he's just entered the PC world so he doesn't know much. He and his friend are building the PC together. 

I'd just buy it. There's always stuff that sells for cheap, and you can check it out in person. There's really nothing to lose.

@dizmo Yeah, you're right. The pictures provided show the mobo brand new and sealed so it seems like it's good. I wonder if it'd be too much to ask to see if the ROG stickers are still there or not to see if it was ever used. 

@TVwazhere I think so too, I'm about to make a topic later asking about it. It's either this board or the Tomahawk or Mortar. I know I'd pay more for the others, but I'd also rather pay more for a better product. Community feedback will help with my final decision.
