    Get a 1060, if you can afford go for it. Even if you plan on playing at 60 fps it's not recommended to get a 1050ti, as some games can demand more than 4 GB and more power.

    It's possible that CPU-Z is just not reading it correctly.
     
    With that i5 CPU and a 1050 to 1050 Ti should be fine. Even a 1060 should be good on that setup. However, anything more powerful and you might encounter a bottleneck.

    A 1050ti as suggested will do you just right and then some.  If you can't find one within your budget the 1050 4GB version will work real well.
     
    I also know on AMD's side there are the RX500 series.
