  1. No fires near the city. But the air quality is pretty crap. And looks like we are in a constant fog.
  2. I have the EVGA CLC280 on my 8700K at 5GHz. Works like a charm. Looks awesome and it keeps it super nice and cool. I did swap out the fans it comes with though, they are on the louder side.
  3. Sli bridge? dunno put the working TI in the 3rd slot and see if it works by itself? Maybe a bad mobo?
  4. Do it! Can't go wrong, and you will be happy that you did. But, then again the Noctua is an amazing cooler too! In the end its all up to you and what makes you happy. Honestly, either way you can't go wrong. Each product has their pros and cons. You just have to pick one that fits your needs.
  5. You should definitely give it a try. The most major brand I know, Corsair, NZXT, and EVGA have a great warranty in place and their products have the R&D so you don't buy a leaky system. I remember reading somewhere, the chances of buying a defunct AIO is 0.5%. These companies stand by their product. If they leak due to user error, then yes they won't cover it. But they will do an investigation. If it turns out a leak was due to manufacturer defect then they will cover hardware too. It's not unheard of. I have a Corsair H100i running every day for the last 5 years without issue. I'll probably upgrade it due to "wear". But, the product has been solid.
  6. Go to your start and search "CMD". Run the CMD as administrator. Then enter the command netsh winsock reset Press enter and reboot the PC. Try that.
  7. Have you tried switching to Chromes public DNS? Are you on Wifi or wired?
  8. When loading up a website, on the bottom left what does it say when you are waiting for the page to load?
  9. 21:9 and two extra monitors IMO would be overbearing. I have a 34inch Ultrawide and its more than enough screen. If, you really need an extra screen. I'd buy 1 24' and place it in portrait mode. Plus, finding a good ultrawide is going to go past your budget easily. Don't buy 1080P ultrawide. Doesn't look good, but it would be easier to run depending on your GPU.
  10. I have a Acer Predator X34. All I can say is I can never go back to a regular monitor again. Definitely worth the money if you can swing it. Just make sure you have enough room on your desk. This monitor is huge and heavy.
  11. I have my 8700K at 5Ghz and my EVGA CLC280 keeps it nice and cool. The hottest I've seen it get is around 77C, but that's with an ambient temp of about 24C. On a nice cool day, I see it hover around 60-66C while gaming. I've been using AIO coolers since my first build and haven't looked back. I just stick with reputable companies and no problems since. Plus, most all AIO look pretty damn cool. I'd totally run a Noctua D15 but it so hard to run taller ram and the fans are hideous but work really well. But, that just my opinion.
  12. I'd definitely go for the 1070. That is a really good price for one.
