    Touch any metal (exposed) that is connected to the ground. I always touch the faucet before opening my PC and laptops.

    If you ask me, I would go custom loop. It's either high-end air cooler or custom loop for me.

    Not much. It only has Broadwell cpu support, M.2 and SATA Express. That's about it. If you can find a cheap Z87 mobo and a Haswell cpu, that's suitable for gaming, then you're golden.

    Don't buy Corsair AIO coolers. Terrible Corsair Link support and loud fans. That's my beef about their AIO product line.

    RMAing your card doesn't guarantee the next card will be coil-whine free. I've done this and I still got one on the 2nd card. 2nd card is a brand new on Newegg replacement within 30 days of purchasing the 1st card.

    4690k and gtx 970 sli, 650w is more than enough even when overclocked. I would pick the Seasonic or Cooler Master that you mentioned.
