  1. Thanks for the reply. 1. A week or two I think (maybe since a Windows update?) 2. It always happens after having the computer boot up normally. So when I'm in windows and I need to restart, it'll BSOD 100% of the time, but when I then manually reboot it it works fine. 3. Clean install of W10, but the install is a couple of months old. I'm thinking about doing a clean install if there's not really any particular thing I can fix.
  2. Hi guys, here's my issue: When I boot up my PC after not using it for a couple of hours, I always get an error, saying machine_check (exception or error I can't remember). When I then long-press the power button, and then push it again to shut down and restart, everything works fine. I've tried searching on the web, but I couldn't find much. Anyone have an idea what the issue could be? I'm running windows 10 Pro x64, i5-2500k on 4.2Ghz (this overclock has been stable for ages) and a decent power supply. All my temps are fine too, nothing ever goes over 75°C.
  3. Been using it for 3 weeks i think, but for me personally it doesn't add much value to the whole e-mail experience. I can see how it is wonderful for some people and some of it's features are amazing, but it's not for me. I'm so used to the normal Gmail (loving the material design update!) that I find it very hard to change, inbox feels kind of all over the place for me. I like to use my e-mail app for just e-mail you know. If I want reminders etc I just use dedicated apps like google agenda or tasks. Yet I like seeing them trying to improve and move forward; You definitely have to give the gmail guys props for that!
  4. Hi, I am currently in my second year of university in Ghent, Belgium and there are these programs for studying abroad for one or two semesters. For the ones outside of Europe we need to give a top 3 and a motivation for the first choice. My choices currently are: -Taiwan (National Sun Yat-Sen University) -USA (University of Illinois, Chicago) -USA (Baruch College - City University of New York) Since the USA ones are usually the most popular ones, I'm thinking about putting Taiwan as my first choice. But I don't really know that much about Taiwan outside of HTC (i'm a huge fan) being there, so I am wondering if it is worth studying there for (half) a year... So I have some questions: What language do they speak there? (I am fluent in English, Dutch, German and French, do I need to start learning Taiwanese?) How modern is the country? (high speed internet? everyone having 4g and stuff like that?) Are the people cool/nice/friendly? How different is it to normal EU countries? (I have visited most european countries but i have never left the EU)? How is studying there? Any important things I need to know about the country/ about living there? Please feel free to answer any of my questions, even if you aren't from Taiwan Thanks in advance guys!
  5. It's the same price as bf4 when it launched when i click on the link, what's the big deal?
  6. I've been waitin anxiously all day... I NEED IT
  7. I guess Apple's firewall wasn't high enough.. and they were
  8. Art is running quite fine for me, which problems are you having?
  9. So I was wrong the last time, but this time android 4.4.3 seems to be really coming! Date: May 23rd. What's going to be in it: -bugfixes -bugfixes -also, bugfixes original article: http://www.android.gs/android-4-4-3-kitkat-update-for-google-nexus-4-nexus-5-nexus-7-and-nexus-10-to-roll-out-on-may-23
  10. Now I am really curious as to which one you would pick to be the winner. Seems like you've read up on most aspects of every single one of these phones, so I am interested. Also, why is the Nexus 5 not in this test?
  11. Well let me put it this way, BF4 with all it's bugs and problem is a cake surrounded with shit. So if you lower your standards (A LOT) you can actually enjoy it but then you can't because there's shit in your mouth. The latest CODs on the other hand are just a cake of shit surrounded with more shit, but it's in the form of a chocolate cake so you kind of wanna try it but you know it's gonna be bad so you do and there comes the shitstorm. Moral of the story: you'll end up with shit in yo mouth.
  12. What is your budget? What do you like in your phone, ease of use (and a closed ecosystem) or features and the ability to tinker with everything? How big do you want your phone to be? (4' = iphone 5s; 4,5'=moto X; 5'=Nexus 5, etc) Do you want good build quality (aluminium vs plastic)? Do you want front-facing speakers in your phone?
