Should i go for optane or for ssd?

Hey, im a competitive fortnite player and i'd like to know what should i upgrade next. I'd like to get the best fps possible, my PC specs are: Cpu: 8700K (5Ghz) Cooled by a Corsair H100i V2 Gpu: 1080 TI 11gb (Aorus Xtremede Edition) Ram: 1x16 2400mhz Patriot Viper Elite Series Mobo: Aorus Z370 Gaming 7 Storage: 2TB 7,200 Rpm SATA 6.0 Gbit/s (Toshiba DT01ACA300) Toshiba HDD PwSupply: Corsair RM850x Case: Nzxt S340

still cant download them

i've done it skiiwee then when i restart i plug again and run nvidia installer but still cant download them

Basically i cant install my gpu drivers i ran DDU and then tried to install them but nothing i need help PD: i hope i posted this on the right section

Yeah i think it might be that but anyways BlueBalls is completely shit with its optimizations other games have no issue. The problem is that i gotta upgrade MDB to upgrade the CPU and im broke ASF rn

Everything ultra except for shadows high ( i play all very low 30fps in some parts....)

Ram is performing below pontential due to it is running at 2133Mhz
