My max fps cap is at 999. Im getting frame drops. Its nothing to do with the frame rate being capped. But it isnt overheating.

yeah it was just fine before and yes i have 144hz monitor and no v-sync

I have a gtx 970 scc and my cpu is a i5 23-20 and i know im getting bottlenecked with my gpu but i loaded csgo today and my frames where fcked. I usually dont have a problem with csgo. Ive tried lowering every setting to its possible lowest and i still cant keep a frame rate above 144.

What should i do ? Buy the moto x pure(2015) on sept 3? Or wait til oct. for google to release their new nexus device ?

I have a 144hz monitor and i definitely notice a difference when it drops to 60 and its annoying as hell. I use to get a avg of 300 fps like i said. I dont want my fps to drop below 144hz.

Sooo the main game i play is csgo and i use to be able to get 300fps with no problem. But lately ive had a drop in performance to where i get a avg of 100 fps. There hasent been any updates to the game that changes any graphic performance. My gpu is a realtek radeon hd 7850.
