    I think your slightly confused Vram for 1080p gaming as long as its over 2gb its totally irrelevant a 6gb 1060 will not perform better then a 3gb at 1080p its at 1440 and 4k were the difference will start to show.

    1060 3gb at 1080p at medium to high settings is more then enough future proof for the next 2-3 years

    Hey any system you build (talking with new parts not used) with that budget and video card will be very unbalanced and you will suffer from bottlenecks learn more about that here. Your options are increase your budget buy used parts or fall down to a 1060 or even a 1050ti so your CPU is not the bottleneck

    I missed out on the "golden days" of 1.6 I was wonder if there would be any interest in a weekly LTT community ten man for an actually competitive experience for those of us that missed out. I hope to hear back from you wonderful people :D. All skills levels will be welcome all I ask is that you try your best.

    Counter strike: GO or CS 1.6 has minimal RNG in its shooting mechs. but of course teammates are a thing find a group or even a buddy and you will have a blast

    try updating your BIOS or resetting it to out of the box settings if both of these fail I am as lost as the next guy good luck with your system. Please update when you find your fix this seems like a strange problem to me would be great to know some troubleshooting steps if this pops up again.

    Is it possible you installed your CPU thermal paste or cooler incorrectly?

    Do you have your RAM populating the correct slots on the MOBO?
