No i cannot. There is no display from the hdmi

Build: i3 4160 Asus z87-a Motherboard 8gb gb ddr3 ram gtx 960 video card EVGA 600W PSU So I am building a computer and i got it to turn on but the video card fan spins from one side for a second, then the other fan spins then it stops and it keeps going in a loop. There is no display on the monitor either. I tested the video card on my main PC and it works fine so it's not the video card. I also used the PSU from my main build and it has the same problem. and i tried using another stick of RAM and nothing happens. I'm not sure what is wrong at this point. Everything is connected correctly. It could be the motherboard/CPU but i don't have a way to verify that it is the issue. The CPU fan seems to be working fine, it's only the video card that is the issue. Any help would be appreciated.

I really hope i win. It would be great because i already bought 5 gallons of mineral oil a few months ago. I have yet to start this project. If i were to win, I'd have a huge boost and all i'd need is the hardware.

I currently have the Nexus 5, and I'm loving it. One con though...the battery life is so terrible in the Nexus 5. If you're a power user you might want another phone but you can always get wireless charging if necessary for the Nexus 5.

I'm trying to find the best headphones under 200 for my needs. I mainly listen to Indie Rock (lots of acoustics and vocals) and trance (a lot of vocals). I want headphones with good soundstage at least, I don't really care for bass. The headphones can be IEM/closed or open. I'd prefer very comfortable headphones though.
