WD green 120GB SSD on a mobo SATA port VS 4X  2TB WD green spindle drives in a stripe of mirrors config on a Dell Perc 6/i.

Seems the winner is clear... though to be fair the RAID array does have 4TB and redundancy where the SSD only has 120GB. I'm actually pretty surprised... I didn't expect the low end SSD I ended up getting in an old ebay laptop to do so well.
