Can I admit something? - I have never played an FPS game before. Call me a filthy casual, but my type of game is an RTS.

Thanks for the answers so far My plan is now to wait for a GPU until middle of March. My Ordinary pc is enough for my current needs. And no, I am not goint to watercool a Titan V I am simply looking for some input on my current build with the questions up on my original thread. And my build will be the one with the link in the thread, only with a change in GPU and screen if something exiting happens in March.
 

If money is no object and you are just playing games then your system looks good.
That is the screen and GPU I would buy in your postion.  
Unless you wanna get nuts and watercool a Titan V or something.

Wait while you can. There's a DRAM, SSD, GPU and PSU shortage currently. And new CPU launches just around the corner.

If money is no issue and waiting is no issue , then wait for something faster and buy it.
