    69°c isn't very hot for a cpu, the can handle 90 without problems. That you keyboard is getting uncomfortably hot is just a bad design

    I really don't know. But I don't think it would make sense that you gpu/cpu is really power throttling.

    If your framerate never goes past 60 fps you probably have vsync enabled, turn it off in the in game settings

    Load types are not always the same, overclocks might be stable in furmark, but that doesn't mean that is is stable is every application

    If you have a recent mb you probably won't need a new soundcard. The internal ones are quite good these days

    Take a look at taskmanager while playing, if ram usage is very high it might be the bottleneck

    As far as I know, an normal egpu won't work without thunderbolt. But you might be able to use this. (not recommended)

    Reinstal everything, and remove the gpu if you have intergrated graphics.
